Missing port in message 90 minutes

Hi everyone, how can I get the boat in message request again? Please help

please contact to the CS_Agent for porting in request, and then your previous provider will send another message to you. Or you can contact to your previous provider directly and request porting out!

@bhullarpr  No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message right away . Give them a call and they can re trigger the port request for you

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
