I have 5gb of data.  Have only used .25.  My Cellular Data is turned on.  But when I try to google maps, send WhatsApp message, or anything else that requires data, it says my data is not turned on.  I go to settings, data is turned on, I toggle it off and then on again.  I even turn on the roaming but still am unable to use my data.   What is wrong?

Which model phone are you using?  If Android, you may need to adjust APN settings.

good question...try rebooting your cell. If that doesn't help, try a network reset. Let us know if that helps.
