Confirm you are out of data by logging into self service but first clear your cache and then open a new browser window in incognito. Once in self service click on the spinner icon to refresh the data usage.

@MichaelD5991 Your data will reset automatically on your plan renewal date.
If you're out of data, you can go into your account and buy a data add on to tie you over until your plan renewal date.

If you mean you have run out of data, you could either buy a data add-on or renew your plan earlier.

If you have an IPhone and are talking about tracking how much data you have used, you can go into settings, cellular, scroll down to reset statistics. If you do that on the day of your payment it will reset to 0 so you can track how much data you use.

you meant PM did not reset your data when a new cycle starts?
try to clear cache, and restart the browser and re-login My Account?
or use Private or Incognito Mod to check My Account
