If you have an iPhone try thisSettings >> Cellular >> Cellular Data Options >> Enable LTE: turn ON; Data Roaming also ON Sometimes the 3G signal (i.e.LTE OFF) is more stable; depends on locale. This has worked for others

I’ve seen other people have this problem and what seems to work most often is to clear your cache and use a different web browser.

I have had lots of phone calls like this, definitely a scam!
