If you have an iPhone try this
Settings >> Cellular >> Cellular Data Options >> Enable LTE: turn ON; Data Roaming also ON
Sometimes the 3G signal (i.e.LTE OFF) is more stable; depends on locale.
This has worked for others

@Peterhoang Set "Voice & Data " to LTE (4G) in iPhone, Set network to 4G in Android phone.

@Peterhoang From in your phone, change the settings so the network is choosen automatically..
Don't just choose 4G manually.

@Peterhoang Check your phone what the Preferred network is set to. Pick something that has 4G or LTE there
You might also want to try your phone in another area just to make sure it is not a network issue where you are
