Paid bill early?
Do you mean you added funds to your account? That will not give you more data. New allotment gets allocated at renewal.
But if you did managed to renew early (why?) you should have new data allotment available to you.
So WHAT did you do exactly?

That only works for pay- as-you go plans, which PM plans are not.
But now you know for next time.

Paying a bill early only adds money to your Available Funds account in self service. It does not renew your plan automatically.

@sherr1 you paid your bill, but if you login again using Incognito mode, you should see it staying as Available Fund and not used for renewal
you have three choice to get data back
1. use the fund on the account to buy data addon
2. open ticket with support and ask them to use the fund and process early renewal for you
3. Manually change plan to a different one from what you have now. Click Change plan now to make the change immediately
