When trying to sign in, it says I got sent a conformation email but I can never find one in my inbox. This makes it impossible for me to sign in to my account.

Look for it in your junk or spam folder.
Try having it sent to your phone through a text instead.
Try logging in again 🙂
But don't forget to use the browser in incognito or private mode to login.
