I have 2 phones i pay for on separate plans.
my ID was stolen so updated my new info. Now only 1 phone is working

Login to your 2 separate accounts and see if they are both Active.

How can your ID be stolen? Are you saying somebody guessed your email and password for PM??? What anybody could gain having access to your PM account? Hard to believe...

@prattd so, you cannot find the id to login your 2nd account or cannot receive the 2FA code on that email? In this case, you will need to open ticket with PM support to change to another email login
