Does anyone know, is Samsung A57 Canadian version 4G/5G compatible to VoLTE of Publicmobile? Thank you! This is a relatively new phone so just wondering if it will be added to the list?

Check it here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte - BE AWARE database is NOT up to date at all and results are NOT accurate. Best way is to contact agent for clarification (talking from personal experience) as they have access to the REAL compatibility database.

It seems that your Samsung A57 is VoLTE compatible but you need to check it your phone is on the PM whitelist for approved devices.
So check the IMEI of your phone to see if it is on PM whitelist.

hi @CMacNeill
yes, A57 Canadian version is on the whitelist
if you check the IMEI checker, this is a chance it still said it is not. But PM agent has confirmed that it is on the list, they just have not updated the whitelist yet
But if you are worry still, you can ask PM agent to confirm to you directly. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit ticket by direct message:

Hello @CMacNeill
To confirm if your phone will work with Public Mobile, please see this link. At the bottom of the page, you can insert your IMEI number and the system will advise you if it will work with Public Mobile.

Use Public Mobile's VoLTE checker as a guide only, as results are not always 100% accurate.
This is a long shot BUT... if you know anyone on Public Mobile, ask if they can try their SIM card in the phone. Get them to make a call. If the phone stays in 4G LTE or 5G, you're good to go!!
