US roaming

Purchased US roaming talk and text with data. Worked great the first day I was here but when I woke up this morning I’m only able to send/receive texts. Calls and data are no longer working, still shows as active in my addons. I’ve tried updating APN settings as described in troubleshooting, reset phone, airplane mode on and off

You're likely connected to AT&T 5G, which doesn't work. Set your Preferred Network to 4G/LTE, as mentioned. And if your phone happened to connect to Verizon, that could also be an issue as they are not a Public Mobile roaming partner.

Hey @jacobpothier 

Depending on what phone you have, you can go into network settings, turn off automatic and pick T-Mobile as that is the one I used while in the US and then make sure your data roaming is on as well. Then reboot. If that doesn't work, then try AT&T and reboot.

@jacobpothier   If you have the phone set to 5G change it to 4G/LTE and make sure it isn't trying to connect to Verizon.

APN settings are unrelated to the inability to make phone calls, although they do affect data services.  If the APN settings haven't been changed, I don't see any reason to try to make changes to the APN settings as they must have already been correct or the data wouldn't have been working earlier.   I would try manually choosing either the AT&T or T-Mobile networks to see if that makes any difference.
