Can someone tell me how often the public mobile website updates data usage? I've been using data on my phone for 3 days and it hasn't budged. I mean if it stayed like that all the time it be great but I don't want a prompt at the last minute that I've used all my data.

Be careful, don't rely on the self serve as it has not been even close to accurate since the new overhaul, if you refresh in self serve should update to current levels, but if you have used it for 3 days and it is at 0, you can be certain that is not the case

@forzza - your overview summary should be the most accurate, but you are likely seeing an old cache version of your information.
When logged in click the circle with the arrow refresh button to update data. You can also call 611 to check data balances to ensure remaining balances match.

Log into self service and check your data. It should be up to date right away. Clear your browser cache and cookies first and go incognito. Use chrome.
