I saw I was awarded a big data for the 5-year loyalty. But why I cannot see it now? I saw it yesterday and the data should be still valid.

@Jenny06   Could you have switched to a lower priced plan (would be hard to do at the moment since all the advertised lower ones are new customers only at present)?  Switching to a lower priced plan removes the bonus data.

did you downgrade your plan?  if you downgrade your plan, you will loss that big data for loyalty

however, there is a possibility that support will give you back another smaller data that is for your cheaper plan now, ask support agent

If it was there and now it's gone, 99% chance you downgraded your plan?? If so, Public Mobile has publicly stated if you do, they will remove the loyalty data. Which as I've said in many posts, this Loyalty Data has NOTHING to do with the plan you have. It's called Loyalty Data for a reason, not Plan Data. I recommend you reach out to Public Mobile to share your concerns. You can create a ticket with the little chatbox bottom right corner.
