According to the public mobile app My data is disappearing overnight while the phone is on a solid wifi connection and not in use. And it doesn’t correspond with my IOS usage stats. I tried to open a service ticket but keep getting an error page.

Please note that PM is on a 30 cycle and not a monthly cycle. This is probably why usage stat might not match.

if you are on iOS, click Reset Statistics first.  Then compare your usage daily with My account.  Remember, the data usage on overview page is more live usage.  The Usage history is off by 12 hours, and do not constantly update, they just posted the cumulative usage twice a day

PM does not update the data usage constantly.  In fact, it only update it twice a day. 

So, any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry.  The early morning usage  you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning but a total usage for the last 12 hours.

Also, for correct usage reading, always use Incognito mode to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info

@Perry555  pm updates its data usage 2x a day so overnight when your sleeping your seeing the last 12 hours used updated . But best way to check your usage in the site is to

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
