I am existing customer, can I change my current plan to new boxing day offer plan for new customers

HI @RattlesnakeArmy keey checking your My Account.  Some people eventually see the same good deals on their Change Subscription page on My Account.  But usually it is only a brief promotion, so, check often

I have been with Public Mobile since 2017. I have been happy with the 1 gb for 25$ plan. However, after seeing all of the promos for "new activations" only, I too am becoming surly. 

I am hoping for miracles here. I would be very happy with the 24$ plan.

Unfortunately, this deal is for new activations only. You can always sign up with a new account and cancel your current one but that will mean that you'll lose your current number and whatever rewards you've accumulated. Or port-out your number to another provider and port back in a few days later. Either way, it sounds like a bit of work. 

Be patient because Public Mobile tends to offer deals throughout the year. Just keep checking up on the plans being offered. Additionally, a lot could change from now until December 26. As we saw with Black Friday, Public mobile kept changing their promotions on a daily basis lol

I like to change to this plan too, but unfortunately It is only for new customer.

sorry, No, as you said, the deal is for new activation only and you are existing customer.

You cannot get it unless you start a new activation. And to do so and keep your number, you have to port out your number and port back in a day or two after
