It happens always (at least for few months I tracked).
On the first day of renewal, it says 101.14 has alrady been used out of 250MB. which is totally wrong.
Should be 0MB for sure.
anyone has the same experience and how to fix this issue?

I have the same issue. I filed a ticket with CS but that’s a waste of time. Grateful for the answer provided by hTideGnow - hope it sorts itself out soon.

as far as we know, this is just the buffer data and it won't affect your usable data, ie, you will still use a full 250Mb data and won't get reduced to 150Mb because of the 100Mb showed up there.
Some reported that it will got dropped off after a day or two
but if you are worry, ask support to clarify. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
