Data usage doesn't add up. I have 105GB/month 5G plan; current cycle is June 28-July 28, 2026. I've received 611 text notifications that I've used 95% of my data. Subscription Usage on the website shows 100.45GB/105GB used. However, when I view Usage History on the website, it shows less than 10GB used June 28 to present. The data doesn't add up.
I have cleared cookies and cache, and looked at my account in incognito mode.

The data tracker is usually fairly accurate. However, if you feel that there was an error, you can contact customer service agent.

do you have the 10GB monthly bonus data? if you have that, the usage alert is about that 10GB add-on, you have used 95% of that 10GB, not your overall
even you don't have that, check My Account again using browser with Incognito mode, and if it shows you have lots of data left, then just ignore the text. That usage alert text could have sent wrong
