@TristanB did you open via Chatbot or direct message? there is a problem with chatbot today, please message them instead if you used chatbot

When you log into self-serve, and tap the little refresher icons on the page, does the data add-on display under your Data and Add-On's section?
Try rebooting your device and toggling airplane mode on/off.

Also, check if you have data limit enabled, if so, please disable it and text
if it still does not work, you will have to open ticket with CS_Agent instead of just tagging them here
please open ticket by direct message (since chatbot ticketing is down)
