I'm trying to port my number and open a new account but my visa and my visa debit keep getting declined even though both accounts have sufficient funds to pay.
I do have another Public account...this one i am setting up for my foster daughter.
If I can't get this to work tonight I won't be able to port my number as my lucky plan expires tomorrow. 😞

Clear the cache and go incognito on your browser before porting your Lucky number.

before you try again, check your Credit card and make sure PM has not charged you yet
Also, you weren't getting error 821 or 837, were you?
try using Incognito mode to activate again. Also please provide your Lucky's account number instead of IMEI

did you get a new PM sim and initiate the Activation process ?
