**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

i tried, simon said the're have problems with the change ticket process.

why is this process so difficult

Only a CS_Agent can change the email on your account. You can only change the email on this Community forum yourself.

Submit a ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message.

@erwindyck   yes, only PM support can change the email address used on My Account

 

But this is only the Community composed of customers like you.  For your email change request, please open a proper ticket with PM support by direct message:
