I have been paying for the 4G 15G for the last 6 months...but I just noticed I still have the old 5G plan, can this be corrected.

@Scampbell192 please try login My Account using Incognito mode (or private mode on Safari).  This will show you the proper plan details and usage

Tried that...it was updated and just says 5G of Data

Yes that is the plan, I tried that, but it wants to charge me $40 for the plan that I am already paying for

Do you mean the $40 for 15gb at 4G speed?

There isn’t a 5gb plan at 3G speed anymore.

You can just login to your account yourself by going to Add-Ons and Plans then change the plan on your next renewal date.

 

If you click on Change Now, you have been charge for the existing plan plus you will be charged for the new plan.

If you are not having issues related to caching or updated website information, just do a plan change from the available plans for your next renewal if there is a preferred plan you wish to be on instead.


You will find that option under the plans and add-ons section of your self-serve landing page.

You have 5G???? And you want to downgrade to 4G? 🙂

 

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

log in on a laptop, but use incognito mode. You should see correct plan details.

This website has caching issues.  Try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  That should show the accurate details of your plan.
