I've made a payment for 1 Go of data but it has never appeared on my add-ons for my account and my phone does not allow me to go over my monthly data despite having payed for an extra Go.

@Margo3 You've added funds to your account but now need to go back to the add-ons page and purchase the add-on as it's a two step process.

You probably missed the second part of the purchase.
If the $$ is still in Available funds, you need to go back to the Add-ons page to complete the purchase.

2) Make the purchase

after you Add-on you have to do Rebooting your phone
what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
