Data not working

I took a trip out west in August. My data quit working at the end of the billing cycle. Automatic payments each month, yet no data. 

Did everything Simon suggested,  but nothing. I tried to sign in to my account,  it keeps saying page is expired 🙃

Some international version android phones will flip back to the network provider APN. In this case Telus and you have to re-enter the Public Mobile APN.

I have tried the reset but Diddy work.  I have an android

I have an android.  I did the reset already and it didn't work.  Thank you for helping.

At one point, we were close to the border. Public mobile prompted me about it.

Have you checked your mobile network? Has your APN changed? You may need to edit it. What kind of phone do you have? Can you send MMS?

Everything works fine on the house internet,  my plan renews each month automatically.  Still doesn't give me any data.

@cell1   what troubleshooting steps you have gone through?

 

1.  Try to put your PM sim card in another phone

2. Try to Reset All network (this will delete all your saved Wifi connection as well, you will need to re-add them)

 

And do you have iPhone or Android?

HI @cell1   When you use the browser, did you get prompt about you need to login to something?  If so, that is an indication that data are used up

 

But you said your account was renewed?  when was it?  Just couple days ago?

I'm in Ontario,  but I was in British Columbia.  It did say, welcome to the USA, but it kept working.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

When you manage to log in and confirm you have data available try to reboot phone, re-seat SIM; try SIM in another phone. No more ideas 😞

you see the phone connected to PM network without problem?

Which exact province you are at?  Are you very close to the US boarder?
