Data not working

Hey,

 

The data on my Note 10 is not working. I am able to place calls and my APN settings seem correct, I have updated them a couple of times.

 

There is a lot of data available on my account (on 3g speeds).

 

I have attached my APN settings.

This happens on my phone sometimes as well. What I usually do is go to mobile networks in the settings and change the connection to gsm/wcdma/lte (4g) and back to gsm/wcdma (3g). Hope you found a fix to your problem.

From the Apps tab, click on Settings. Click More settings. Click on Mobile Networks. Click Mobile data and confirm that data is Enabled.

Try resetting your phone and allowing it to automatically set your APN settings.

Try turning your phone off, taking out your SIM card. Then put the SIM card back in and turn your phone back on.

Have you recently ported? If you have you will need to wait a few hours.

Let me know how you make out.

@djsjaswal do a network reset and restart your phone. The Samsung's usually fetches it's own apn. Wait 30 seconds and restart. Enable data and Try sending an mms message and surfing the internet.  Stay safe.
