Data not working

Received promotional extra 10GB data for 24mon. Not able to use them. It shows I have 10gb left on my account but receiving text that I have used 90% of data

you are on using 4G or LTE or 5G? try Reboot your phone

then the 90% usage is for your regular issue.  No worries seeing the 100% used text, as the  10GB data will kick in after.

No I don’t think so, 90%is usage of my original data, and keep receiving text to add more data even though I have 10GB left!

the 90% data used message is about your 10GB bonus data.

with this 10GB bonus, the system will use it first and will send 90%, 100% used text

but no worries, after 10 GB used, they will use your regular data and so, no interruption
