I've come to realize PM is just the Telus way to burn people out of their hard earned money and not even provide a satisfactory service.

A few other troubleshooting tips
Reboot phone
Network reset of phone (this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
Toggle airplane mode on, then off.

@Zyldjian21 if you are using Android, any chance you have data limiter? disable it if so
If no data limiter set, change the network mode to different one, test 3G, 4G and 5G and test in different area
