Data not working after factory reset

I have a ZTE Axon phone that I have been using with PM for about a year.  Everything was working great.  Had to do a factory reset on the phone for other issues and ever since then I can't get data to work.

Here is what I have tried so far.

1. Multiple restarts

2. Change Access Point info to:

Name: Public Mobile

APM: sp.mb.com

MMSC: http:aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc

MMS proxy: 74.49.0.18

MMS Port: 80

MCC: 302

MNCL 220

Never changed any of the other settings.

3. Turned off phone, removed SIM card for 2 minutes, put SIM card back, turned on phone

Any suggestions?

Checked my account - 0.004 of 1024mb used

The phone worked great with data till I did the factory reset about a month and a half ago, so plenty of data left.

Here is a screenshot of the APN settings further down.

Try

MVNO Value - 4D

APN Type - default,mms,supl

Good Catch.  Added the missing "." , restarted the phone. Still not working

Did you in fact check that you had data left to use as suggested earlier?

Can you post screenshots of other settings scrolling further down on that screen?

Double checked settings, and all lower cap APN: sp.mb.com

A few other things to try:

Toggle airplane mode on, then off

Network reset

Check your self service account to make sure that you still have data left on your plan.
