I ran out of data last week so I decided to pay $30 for the 1 GB add on. I added the funds to my account and purchased the add on a few days ago and my data still doesn't work. any thoughts? I have confirmed that the add on was added to the account

@rdushkevich, just to be sure, add-on purchase is a two step process.  See link below for illustration.  If you see funds in your account still, that means step 2 has not been completed.

Log into My Account / Data and Add-ons and confirm that it's in your account.

Cycle phone off/on.

Try Lost / Stolen remedy.
