I am unable to use my data though I have data add ons. Please help!

Well...I saw your APN's and saw that they were wrong. But you didn't seem to want to answer some questions. Oh well.

it worked well before but over a month it stopped working. But I added new APN just now and its working again.. all thanks to you. GOD BLESS YOU

And @zainreem , how well your phone work with voice and data before?  it looks like your phone does not work well on PM network for both voice and data, you don't have enoght compatible bands.   

 

this is the spec of your phone 

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100
4G bands 1, 3, 5, 8, 38, 40, 41

 

and PM uses thiese:

@zainreem didn't data ever work on this phone?

 

you already tried Reset all networks? sometime it will push down the correct APN. 

 

If not, you will have to find way to manually add one

They're all wrong. So you need to either add or edit. Some phones have difficulty doing that so I'm asking if you can to begin with.

Adding - is this a new to you phone? Have you been with Public for a while using it? Or did you just sign up and are wanting to use it? It doesn't have a lot going for it for this provider.

Change the preferred network type back to the one with LTE first.

What are those icons on the top bar?

Might you have a vpn running?

If your settings menu is anything like mine, go into settings, connections, mobile networks, network mode - and try that change to 3G or UMTS or HSPA that was suggested earlier. If you didn't already.

@zainreem how long you have no data?  just one day or longer?

 

what brand and model you phone?

My account was showing i already had unused data ons. But I still bought one more data add on in hope that it would work! 😞

Why did you buy data? After clicking those lower refresh icons did you see that you had used all of your plan data and that you had no more data add-ons?

Androids have a setting that lets you control how much data you can use. It gets confusing for here because this place is a 30 day cycle. Not monthly which is what the Android works on.

I'm on Android. I tried changing the network settings, nothing seems to work

@zainreem are you on Android or iPhone??

 

and you tried changing the network type or Reset all networks??
