My last billing cycle I reached my data limit so I decided to buy a 200 MB data addon now that my billing cycle has been paid for the 200 MB data addon remained now that I have capped that the 1 GB included in my plan hasn't kicked in. What should I do?

Hi, I just activated my SIM card and the data not working.

Are you sure that your billing cycle doesn't end tonight at midnight?
If yes, I suggest you to contact Public Mobile to verify your account.
You can send them an email using this link : https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/contact-us
Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "Technical Issues"
- Choose "Data not working"
- Choose "My phone is receiving a signal"
- Choose "I believe my account is paid and up to date"
- Choose "I have not tried a SIM card in another phone"
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.

It's the other way around, On my last billing cycle I reached my limit therefore I bought the 200 MB Addon. My billing cycle ended and now I am on a new one but it was still using the 200 MB Addon. Now that I have reached the limit of the 200 MB the 1 GB included in my plan has not yet activated.

Hello @rkostan93,
If I correctly understood, you have reached your 1GB limit per month and then bought a 200MB data addon to finish the month.
Once you are starting a new 30 days billing cycle, your will get another 1GB.
The remaining balance of your unused 200MB addon won't be used until you reach again your 1GB limit.
