From Niagara Falls Ontario, I’m connected to 5G+ and no internet is being provided. Very frustrating as I use it at my work. I am just now able to use my phone being connected to a local Wendy’s public wifi.
I’ve tried shutting down phone, switching network (LTE/4G) and still nothing.

Try shutting down, removing your Sim card and then restarting.

Data working fine for me in Nova Scotia. I am on 4G/LTE. If you've already tried restarting your phone, id try an airplane mode toggle (on/off) and last resort to reset network settings (that will remove your saved wifi passwords).
I have seen another member post that they're having network issues too, so maybe there is something going on on Public Mobile's end. You can try to contact a support agent here to make sure everything is fine on your account:
