Can't resume after serivce suspended

Hello,

I can't find the "update credit card" at Payment and can't resume my phone.

If you sign onto your account then go to Payments, click Manage My Subscription then click manage payment method. Once you update your credit information you will be able to pay to resume your service.

Hello, If you're using the app, under the "payment" tab, you should see an option to select "Update Card Information", make sure you're app is updated if its not there. 
Another option would be to log in using a web browser, where you should see a similar selection to update your payment method.

Keep in mind, service can be suspended up to 90 days, if it has been longer than that, your service may have been disconnected.

using the PM app, log in to your account / Payment /..scroll down to Update Card Information.
