Having a problem with data & sms.
I have sent a message to MOD, and just waiting for response.
Things I have done:
- Reset Cellular Network Settings
- Hard Reboot
- Hard Reboot while pulling SIM card
- My accounts is "active", so nothing is wrong there
- Updated to latest IOS
My phone simply keeps "searching", and will not connect to PM network. Nothing changed on the phone...just stopped working.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

Very likely a popped antenna connection. Was the phone recently dropped or jarred to your recollection? Even if not, it may have come lose, or possibly some other damage.
Depending on your own level of comfort, and if you have a 'pentalobe' screwdriver (5-point star), you could possibly open yourself and inspect, after checking a few iPhone 6S disassembly videos on YouTube. Cell antenna connectors just snap on, and could pop off in some circumstances. That's where I'd start looking.
Of course, a visit to the Apple Store could possibly be of help as well -- at least they'll do it right and can also troubleshoot/diagnose the problem further if necessary, so that you may not have to completely replace the iPhone.

Edit, I see you answered my question in another post.
If you run the iphone without a sim card does it behave in the exact same manor as with the sim card? Or without the sim will it say "no sim" ?

- Your new PM SIM works with other iPhone.
- Your iPhone 6s with with PM and Telus. Therefore, it is not locked.
Let wait for @CalgaryBen to help you.

Did a hard factory reset (after backing up everything), and still not working.
It may be just the APN issues since you can make call on your iPhone 6s unless I misunderstood your first post.

Not a PM issue. Will do a factory reset, and if that doesn't work...phone is toast:(
You can try another working SIM card from friend or family member before declaring your iPone 6S is dead.
@CalgaryBen is the iPhone expert here. He may be able to help you when he see this thread.
Which iOS is installed on iPhone 6s?

I have put the SIM card into another iphone, and it works fine.
@rjandj Clearly your phone is the issue, not sure what messaging the mods will do when you proved there is nothing wrong with the service.
I suggest checking to make sure your phone has not been added to the blacklist for some reason. https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
Otherwise I would do a factory reset, if that doesn't work I would be inclined to say your phone is no longer functioning as intended and may have a hardware issue.

If PM SIM card works with another phone, it is some issue with the iphone 6S.
Maybe a factory reset on your iphone 6S? Backup first.

Which phone model do you have?
Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to see whether it is hardware issue versus PM service issue?
