Log in to your account on a laptop, look on right side of page for "Add-on Usage"...

what addon you got?

did you try to login My Account using Incognito mode and see if the addon show up there?  if not, chexk Payment history and see if P took tje money for the purchase 

did you try to reboot the phone?

if data addon was bought, make sure data limit is disabled on your phone
