I tried purchasing 1G data on my plan and proceed with data add on and made a payment of $15 however, not too sure if it has been added correctly. I restarted my phone after the purchase. Do I need to make full payment of my plan before purchasing the add on?

It's true that an active plan is needded to use an add-on. In addition to that, I'm thinking that the plan may be already active and that My Account wouldn't allow the purchase of an add-onif the account were suspended.
A payment for the plan amount would only be needed if the payment was missed when your plan was set to last renew.

Hi @yejin0927 if the purchase was done successfully, you should see it under My Data & Add-ons in My Account. Check it. if not there, your Available Fund should have $15

@yejin0927 Purchasing add-ons is a two step process, first add funds and then back to the add-on page to purchase the applicable add-on, did you take the second step? You do need an active plan/account to use any add-ons in your account.

@yejin0927 Log into your account and check to see if the funds are in your available balance as it's two steps to buy an add-on. 1- add money 2- buy the add-on..
If you have the funds in your available balance go back to "Purchase add-ons" and now buy the add-on.
