My 3 GB for 3 months is usually plenty for me when I am near my workplace and home wifi. I am travelling and ran out of data, so purchased 1 GB data for $15. I was not intentionally using data, and only turned it on when I specifically wanted to use it. I got a 95 percent used warning within 2 days. I was more careful and turned off data use in almost all my apps. I bought another 1GB and within 12 hours, received another 95 percent used.
My wife is on the same program, and uses maps and social media alot more than I do.
I have looked at the data usage on my iphone, and cannot make alot of sense out of the numbers.
It is important that I have data, but I feel silly throwing money at it when there is something that I have missed or there is some glitch.
Anyone know anything?

This is happening to me as well with my normal data. I keep getting messages a few days into my cycle that I've used 95% which I never do. I use a lot of wifi thou.

Are these 95% warnings coming from your phone (meaning, is your phone set up to give you data warning limits or set to turn off if certain limits are reached), or are these public mobile/611 texts?
Best to go by what is left showing on your My Account (once page is cleared of cookies/cache data and refreshed), then if you have data left, ignore those texts. But, I would let CSA know you are getting them in error.
As for the looking at the data usage history, best to go and use the download function and see all the data usage this way. The summary (or snapshot data is shows) in My Account is not correct currently.
Note, data usage only shows about 6-12 hours, later after being used, in detailed history.

With this new site, you likely still reading off the cached version, so the usage you got was not up to date
Try to login My Account using Incognito mode (or InPrivate for Edge, Private for Safari) or try again with a completely different browser like Edge/Firefox/Chrome. You should then see the latest usage from the server
Also, with your iPhone, I suggest you to reset your Mobile usage every new PM cycle (keep in mind PM is on a 30 days cycle and the cycle start date will shift). Keeping the iPhone Mobile data reset will assure a better data keeping on your device and you can better compare the usage on PM's Usage log.
To reset Mobile Data Statistics, go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data, and tap Reset Statistics.

maybe it is just a glitch in the system there is a new design some customer has same issue.
but call *611 press 3 and you need your 4 digit PIN and check it out data usage.
or use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private mode,To Login Page
also in main page click the little circular arrow icon in the bottom right corner to updated
it's showing a different.
and turn off all apps background in your setting device.
