DATA NOT showing on my phone.....I have:    Adds on 2GB + 2GB   Minutes inter: 54 +500

                                                                                Subscription usage : 1GB

        Sim card#  891xxxxxxxxxx

Your account will give you the updated data usage than the phone data app because PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle which the apps will be using.

Just login to your account to see what is the  actual data usage.

@BB15 - to check what you have left for data usage, call 611 from your device. Here you can check what is remaining for data on your account (this includes any plan or addon balances remaining).

If you do have data left, then check your phone to see if you have a data limiter set on it. If so, adjust it or turn it off so you can use your data.

If you do have data left and don't have a data limiter set, try your SIM card in another phone and test for data.

Some things to try for finicky things:

  • restart phone
  • toggle into / out of airplane mode
  • reset device's network settings

Hi @BB15 Login My Account again using Incognito/private/secret  mode, you could see different amount of data left.

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

                    OR

 

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@BB15 this is an open forum and it is dangerous to post your sim number here.  Please click the down arrow on the top right of your post, click Edit Message and remove it

For data, it could be a cache problem and ehatbyiubread earlier could be outdated, please login My Account again using Incognito mode and confirm how much data you have now

If you really still have data left, reboot your phone once.  And if you are on Android, disable the data limiter
