@NAS1 Yes, the old account can be reused
However, PM has recently migrated all accounts onto this current new system EverSafe. Look like some old emails from deactivated accounts also got moved onto the new system as well

Since your old email is closed, you shouldn’t have any issues in using your old email.
Did you create the new Eversafe ID account. This is new to all members so the the email on your account will be the same as this Community.
Just Sign Up if you haven’t created one but use the old email you want to use for both:

@NAS1 - so the old account with this email is no longer with public mobile? Strange how, it locks up the email eh?
If you are getting errors in My Account to complete this, then ask CSA to fix it.
Ways to contact them below:
1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, OR
2-go to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support (link is provided in #3 below as well).
3 -Use this link (same as #2) Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
