Good Day,

  I paid for my usual monthly renewal on my public mobile account and I still have no data. I can text and make phone calls but the data isn't working.  PLEASE HELP...

@JOEYMAN reboot your phone once

 

if you have an Android,  check if you have a mobile data limit setup and if the limit is reached

Did the plan renew? Or you just added money?

@JOEYMAN  - what does the current plan cycle dates say on My Account? Start and end date is showing 31 days, so this is a bit misleading since the new My Account upgrade version.

 

If your plan did renew today, try restarting your phone,xxxxx or perform a reset of your network settings to see if data works.

 

Also, try calling 611 to check your balances, does your message say you have remaining data left?

Log in to your acct to make sure you still have data available.

Try Airplane mode ON for a moment...then OFF again.
