Hello, My debit card doesn't work properly and I got a new one from the bank. Today it is my payment date and it is suspend NOW. I have updated a new card information. Does it charge automatic or I need to pay for it manual now? After paying the fee, how long my account changes the status to active?

You'll need to make a manual payment. It should renew immediately.
Adding - ah I shouldn't bother doing this on mobile and one thumb typing 🙂

@Mindy208 - if you lost services due to nonpay suspension, then yes, you will need to make a manual payment on your account then reactivate the services.
Active status should be immediate after payment.

@Mindy208 you have to make a manual payment now if the account is already suspended. Just login My Account, click Reactivate my plan button and then follow the step to make manual payment to reactivate
