I have been paying monthly payments but unable to access my public mobile phone number. Also unable to contact someone for help wit this.

hi @LynnBall if you call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your phone number after, does it tell you if your phone is suspended?
if suspended, fastest way to resume service is to get a voucher from Shoppers Drug Mart and load the voucher using *611

are you able to log in to your PM account either web or app ? Can you still text and use data or are they ceased as well ?
