Hi, I have submitted serveral tickets but the customer support doesn't respond to them

which carrier are you moving from?  or from Koodo Prepaid account?

I have difficulties moving my number from my current service provider to you guys and when I try doing it from the app, it says that I have to contact support

Yes, I had to submit 2 tickets and also send a private message to the cs_agent group

When did you submit the tickets?  It can take up to 48 hours to respond.  Usually within a few hours, but weekends, the wait times can be longer.  There was a ticketing issue last week, but it was resolved (Oct 22-23).  

If more than 2 days, you might want to send a private message to CS_Agent:

BTW, what is the issue?  Maybe the community members here can help.  We are customers like yourself, but often can provide troubleshooting advice without the need of CSA.
