Because PM does not have live customer support.

Account related issues are solved by agent through personal mail at Community.

All other issues are handled by customers as yourself.

What problem do you have?

Private messaging CS_Agent will usually open a thread with a live agent and you will get a response relatively quickly

you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent    Click here you can check for a response in your community envelope top right corner next to your avatar, or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here:  https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

@Syedmunawar   PM Support is fully online, so, Community help and open ticket with PM Support is the way to go

 

With Community help,  it is nice if you can share your problem.  Maybe we can help and it is quicker than waiting for PM Support to reply

 

With ticket opening with PM , some will be invited for a live chat with them, so, it is not bad

 

To open ticket with PM Support:

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
