Got it. The sim on Amazon is only 4$ and delivers in a couple of days
When I try to bubble, I'm unable to reach a CS agent. It says to login which I do, but the page doesn't progress further

@Sach15, technically yes, you could use any new PM SIM card to activate but if you go to a store to buy a physical one they usually charge $10 plus tax, eSIM might be free but I'm not 100% sure, but if you contact CS through the chat bubble in the bottom right corner they will be able to tell you for sure if they will credit you for the purchase which there is no guarantee that they will

I don't have esim. Do u think if I order a sim from Amazon or from a shop, I can just use that sim to activate my account ? And just ignore the sim from Public. I mean I can use any public sim to activate my account right ?

Walmart doesn't sell PM SIM cards. You can check this link, or see if your phone is esim compatible.

Your subscription will not start until you activate a SIM card. Is your phone eSIM compatible? If so you can set it up with the PM app but you should click on the orange circle (bottom right corner) so that you can get CS to confirm they will credit you for your purchase of a SIM. If you ordered the SIM directly from PM I don't believe there is tracking, all they can tell you is if it has been shipped out, after that it depends on the speed of Canada Post which can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. You can also buy a physical SIM from a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik location near you. Amazon is another option but again would be shipped

I have subscribed and ordered a new public sim card on Saturday. I have to travel this Sunday and need to know when the sim card will reach me.
If I know it won't reach me in time before my travel, I would cancel my subscription and purchase one sim card directly through some vendor, maybe walmart.
So I wanted to know if I can track my sim card delivery. If not cancel and then buy a sim card directly. So how do I cancel my subscription (in case I don't receive my sim card by Friday

@Sach15 there is no phone to call. You gave to use the chatbot on lower right of screen. Type customer service representative. Someone will get back to within 2-3 hours.
