Dumb question @Dj23 but I have to ask. Did you pay your bill? Have you logged into the app to see if your service is paid up? Did your credit card expire perhaps? If everything is good there, have you tried rebooting your phone? Tried your SIM card in a different phone?

@Dj23  this is a public forum.  We are customers like you. Call *611 from your phone to check the status. 

Or sign into your account. If a payment is need you can do so directly by credit card or purchasing a voucher from gas stations and loading to account to resume services if that is the case.
