How can I get connected to a customer service agent?

I was over charged twice on my account when my service renewed and on the 22nd I received an email saying my plan has been put on hold due to non payment. 

I don't believe the community an help with this one.

I tried to subscribed to a 3 month plan but was still changed for the 1 month plan.

Is there anything the community members can help with?  

Lots of questions can be resolved without CSA involvement.  

Usually takes a few hours for CSA to respond.

There hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST so if you contact them now. They will get back to you by pm in the morning.

They'll occasionally respond at odd hours of the night sometimes as well. 

Fellow Manitoban, check your inbox around 3am. I occasionally get responses around that time when reaching out late.
