I was over charged twice on my account when my service renewed and on the 22nd I received an email saying my plan has been put on hold due to non payment.
I don't believe the community an help with this one.
I tried to subscribed to a 3 month plan but was still changed for the 1 month plan.

Is there anything the community members can help with?
Lots of questions can be resolved without CSA involvement.
Usually takes a few hours for CSA to respond.

They'll occasionally respond at odd hours of the night sometimes as well.
Fellow Manitoban, check your inbox around 3am. I occasionally get responses around that time when reaching out late.
