Hello,
My credit card was charged twice for the first month with Public Mobile.
This is an error and I would like to get a refund for that second charge. I don't have access to my account anymore because I have moved to Rogers and the account was deleted quickly by Public Mobile.
I'm trying to have a Public Mobile representative get in touch as soon as possible to resolve this double-charge issue.
What is the best way?
