I urgently need to speak to an agent about my account.

Can’t find a number to call!

 

Can anyone help with public mobile customer care number?

As noted by everyone, PM is all online on the agreement as per @DDM69...no rookie customer service operator to help you. 

CS_Agent will verify your credentials before helping you.

yes or no.  No  agent to "speak" to , but not just this community board, we can still open ticket with CS agent.  Just via the messaging system back and forth

The first and most important thing you should have been aware of when signing up with Public Mobile is that there is no customer care number. It clearly states this on the website.

Use this link below to reach customer service

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help And click on chat with Simon  then type in create a ticket it will ask you if you are a customer first all our customer service is online. You can also message CS_agent creating a ticket well help them verify who you are faster then just messaging them directly.

@Roland95   All customer support is online via chatbot or private message to CS_Agent, or you can share some details and other customers can offer advice or suggestions, usually quicker than waiting for a response from CSA's.
