Hey.
Back in September I changed my plan to the 20GB LTE promo plan on renewal. Looking at my account payments and I was charged for this both in September and 2 days ago on renewal however on the main account page it's still showing that I'm on my old 10.5GB 3g plan.
Is this a bug or do I need support?

Was that the $55 plan? Try clicking on the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode. You might see different results.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
