My account was supposed to switch at the beginning of September from my old 3gb at 3G to a 4gb at 4G. Although I am being billed the 4G price, my online account says I am still on my the old 3g one.

Thank you! I had to refresh each section individually for them to accurately reflect my correct updated account info.

@Grav32 Where do you see 3G plan info? Go through your payment history and see what plan you were charged for. It would help us understand if you can post a Screenshot. Make sure to hide any personal details.
