Current plan $23, want to decrease data to $19 plan

The $19 and $20 plans don't show as an option under change plans but I no longer need data and need to change. I'd like to stay with Public but will switch to PC if I have to.

Someone please tell me how to decrease my plan. This shouldn't be this hard.

Also, getting a lot of spam calls. A number change might be in order. How is that done and is there cost involved?

There isn't any process to close a thread.  After some time of inactivity, the thread will become harder to find as it will be further down in the recent activity list and will be less likely to gain further replies.  There is an option to unsubscribe from this thread so that you won't receive notifications about it any longer.

hi @ScotR from what we understand, $19 plan is more a restricted plan for new activation and those with $15 or $13 plan subscribers, people with other plans won't get to change to it

@ScotR  You can usually only change plans to those of higher cost rather than lower, so what is shown as available in your account under change subscription are your only options.

Changing phone number is easy, you can do it up to 4 times a month and there is no extra charge.  You just need to log in to your account and change it yourself.

Unfortunately, at the present time, Public mobile is offering personalized plan offers to existing customers.  If you don't see those cheaper plans in your account, then these plans are not available to yourself.  PM is not offering cheaper plans to existing customers, so hard to "downgrade" at present time.
